That's what worries me most about Quinn. Early on he played heavier but felt the need to drop to the 200-205 range. Perhaps now that he's older he can keep the good weight on.

    My #1 takeaway from that segment with Gruden: Ewers knows the Game, High Football IQ and understands the nuances of the inner game. The true benefiactor is Arch Manning who spent two years under Quinn to continue his development physically, mentally and emotionally; which includes Leadership. Manning is the winner from Ewers presence and is going to be a huge success at Texas. Hook'em!!!

    Great match! I think it was going to be a little awk because Gruden is nuts and Quinn is a chill dude but overall i enjoyed it.
