Since renewing, having to log back in constantly. Anyone else have this issue or did I foul something up?

Featured Replies

Thanks in advance for any help.

When I log in there is a box for “remember me” which is checked but i can’t find anywhere else to keep me logged in.

Not sure why that’s happening to you. I renewed and am not having any issues.

I am not sure it’s related to the renewal but that’s the only thing I can think of that changed. Unless I accidentally did something…knowing me that is possible..😂

Make sure you’re not on private browsing.

I’ll also ask Rick to see if it’s anything.

Where is private browsing located?

Thank you for checking.

I have’t had that problem lately after renewing, but when I would click straight on video in the morning before, sometimes app would make me log in.  Hasn’t happened again in about 3 weeks.  Don’t know what the change has been.

Thank you for checking.

Private browsing would be in your browser settings. Like incognito for Chrome. It's a tab you select where none of the settings or history is saved.

That’s what I would ask too. 😉 jk

Are you having this issue on your phone/laptop/etc?

Blake,

It seems to happen mainly on the IPad. I have 2 IPads but i need to pay attention to which one or both. The IPad i am currently on (older version) has this issue because i just now how to log in again.

i will pay more attention so i can give you better feedback. In the grand scheme it’s not a third world problem. I thought maybe I changed something by mistake.

Is this issue only with OTF or have you tried other sites that require a log in?

That’s a good question. I haven’t noticed it on other sites but I can’t say for certain. I’m on OTF more. I need to make a note of exactly when it is happening. It’s difficult to help me if I can’t answer basic questions. I do appreciate you trying.

i will get back with more details….thank you.

Try saving you username and password inside your browser. Might need to go to settings and look for saved passwords. Add the OnTexasFootball URL and you lr username and password.

That will halp him login faster, but it doesn't solve the issue of being logged out repeatedly when you just close the browser or the IPad itself.
