5-star to make unofficial visit

OnTexasFootball was informed this morning that 5-star offensive tackle Immanuel Iheanacho (Rockville, Md./Georgetown Prep) is expected on campus in April for an unofficial visit. 

The 6-6, 340-pounder is one of the top handful of prospects in the country in 2026. 

He has been in contact with Kyle Flood and staff for a while. 

Maryland is fighting hard to beat out Penn State, Georgia, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Oregon and many others.

Gerry had me convinced justus terry was a pipe dream, But i feel like with our recent success and NIL nobody is one. 

Definitely hide the women and children.  It was hard to tell how good his blocking skills are since he either threw guys down or ran over them.  🤣

Not only that, but Texas is about to have 4 OL drafted and one of them in the first round. That's a key to success. 

Definitely a guy you bring in to see how real the interest level is. Can’t see him going too far away from home right now, but maybe he turns out to be a Kadyn Proctor and goes elsewhere.
