No crap the new coach will get more because the people who provide said money will be more enthused about the hire. Then it's up to said coach to prove it. If he doesn't prove it money will dwindle or stay stagnant again. If he proves it then money will grow.

RT has only RT to blame for the NIL amount he has.

Who did you talk to confirm this? That RT has himself to blame? I mean I literally gave you my source for NIL. Your response was about a fish.

  • Only bright spot of this season is Tre Johnson being so enjoyable to watch.

Heat of the moment comment. I think a majority felt that under the conditions at the time, though not perfect, Terry deserved a shot after the way the team under his leadership pulled together making

RT bombed a fundraising meeting for NIL. RT's performance as a coach is not good and therefore donors aren't giving him their hard earned money.

Actually, I set up a private chat for people who wanted to talk about the game in a meaningful fashion and avoid the nonstop Terry sucks stuff.  It was a very productive chat room.

FYI, FWIW, and WTH, we did also calmly discuss the likelihood Terry will be replaced at the end of the year.  We aren't blind to his faults, and we aren't happy with the state of the program.  We just get sick of endless coach bashing and refusal to discuss the limitations of the roster or what might be done to improve play and salvage the season.

I was saying back during the Auburn game that I didn't think Terry would return.  Without a metamorphosis in our play over the next few weeks, it seems inevitable.

If Kaluma is out for an extended period, then we are headed to the NIT, and I was always of the opinion Terry needed to not only make the tournament but win a game in it and demonstrate in other ways that the program is on track.

Well, we're not seeing the "other ways" part of that, and nothing about last night's performance gives me confidence we will win 4 of our final 6.  We could since the weakest part of our schedule starts after the Kentucky game, but I think it is unlikely.

It was nice just to talk about basketball. Loved the analysis as well.

Level 1, can't name.

When did this meeting occur? Why has no site covering UT sports acknowledged that meeting even happened?

you used Chip Brown as a source for all SEC NIL spending and are now demanding sources in return?  That’s some good stuff

You asked and I responded. I asked him and didn’t get anything. That’s great stuff!

RT is gone regardless of what happens this season.
