Texas beat St. John’s 5-0

Great.  That is 3 straight shutouts.  They play Lamar at 6 today.

I checked the Box scores and Texas had several players playing for St. John's.  St. John's must have had an illness problem.

Too bad LHN doesn't still broadcast the games.

The Sam Houston game is on ESPN+ today. The first 6 are on the road and wouldn’t be LHN regardless. All the conference games are on SEC or SEC+.

I dunno what happened to Sophia Simpson but she’s regressed every year since her freshman year.  She had a lot of promise also, the talent is there.

8-3 Texas defeats Sam Houston.

Texas is 6-0.
Next game is season home opener against Maryland on Friday at 4pm central followed by Texas Tech at 6:30 pm.

Both game on SEC +

I watched the SHSU game off and on. Kavan pitched all 7 and gave up only 2 hits- but both were homeruns.   I don't think the batters are running on all cylinders yet and it could be because White is still shuffling the lineup.
