I think the Cowboys need to be hiring a new owner.  😀  I am a very long time fan and can't see a strong team again under Jerry- no matter who the coach is.

Not so sure that McCarthy is the only problem or even a problem for the Cowboys. The issues run deeper. I think Sark would be stupid to head to Dallas, with Jerry Jones as the owner and with less freedom on how to construct his roster. 

I'm a Green Bay fan, but I do hate what Jerry Jones has done to the Cowboys. He's made it a profitable business but on the field has just been let down after let down. Wasted so much talent over the years and good teams with piss poor coaching.
