If only I could gain 20 pounds of muscle in a month - what are the feeding him, whole cows? 

Will Anderson and Colin were similar sizes coming out of HS they both needed to add about 20 pounds when they got to campus. Will A got up to the 240-245 Range as a Freshman and had 7 sacks on the 2020 Bama natty team. Colin has that type of skill set I think he has an excellent freshman season.

It’s amazing what good nutrition for these kids will do. Couple that with some intense training and the good weight just comes along! Hopefully he can maintain his quickness and speed. If he does, watch out!!

We had a question on Coffee & Football this morning on Colin Simmons O/U sacks at 5.5 in 2024 ... I took the over. I'm in for 6-7.
