This SMU/PSU game feels like it’s taking forever.

Six of the top 10 teams are in the SEC. Two or three in the B1G. Then ND or another SEC team.  Every one else fighting to be in 10-25.

More eyeballs in the Mid West and Texas than the rural deep South.  TV numbers over the merit of the teams'  season records.  TV is big on the Coasts then the mid west and Texas.  Everything else is peanuts.

Announcers are still trying to talk up SMU as a team that proved all year that it deserved to be in the playoffs but just had a bad first half.

I will be nervous for sure because, Texas fan, but Clemson surely didn’t do this to SMU.

This game reminds me a bit of the first Georgia game. PSU hasn’t been particularly impressive offensively, but SMU has turned it over and given them consistently strong field position.

Yeah a little bit. The two pick sixes ended the game before it every really got going.

Man the backup QB plays in a playoff game? Not a good sign.

I am cool with a running clock in this SMU Penn State game.

Savion Byrd has been getting absolutely worked in this game by the Penn State edges.

ACC poor showing moved the spread to -14

SMU comeback begins!

Seems odd that the FCS playoff games have been more entertaining than the FBS games.

The FCS seemed to better project the best teams to play without catering to TV viewer count.

Gronowski of SDS looks like a better QB than any of the QB the CFP teams have fielded so far.

Ugh. I’m not a believer in Penn State in big games and I can’t get behind ND. But Georgia won’t have Beck. We could be in for some boring football on that side of the bracket.
