Sad day. Mack should have retired. He stays too long like he did at Texas.

  • Pretty close to what happened here in 2013. "Good news everyone! I'm coming back next year!" "Um no you are not."

  • Mack has showed his true colors again. It all about Mack not program he is coaching.

People write this like it's insightful or different.

File this away in your little brains: COACHES (even the ones you like) ARE MERCENARIES. THEY DON'T GIVE A RIP ABOUT THE SCHOOLS.

I mean I'd be more respectful to Mack if he was more respectful to our program. Yeah he says sweet nothings on TV but behind the scenes he bad mouthed the program to anyone who would listen.

Hey DK Moore, your OC is going to leave you…eventually.

Stein won't take UNC - there will be some SEC jobs that open up that he would want.

It's ALWAYS been about him.  I think he's a self-serving prick.

We should 100% be going after Omarion Hampton, assuming he doesn't go to the NFL draft.

Omarion Hampton would be nice, but I don't think Texas is looking for a starter level RB in the portal this offseason.  Plus as a RB, he's probably going pro because you only have so many carries in your football life before you're no good anymore.  Need a power back though.

There is no guarantee that Baxter is ready to go game 1 of next season.

Hampton isn't coming back, is he?

No BMD on his side at UNC to screw up the next hire?

Ohio State ran with two starting RBs, it seriously improves our pony package.

Schumann?

Maybe - I will say this, I think Schumann stays at Georgia another year and waits on LSU (if BK doesn't get canned this year). I think LSU is going to look for a defensive minded head coach.

That’s because Steve Patterson did him really dirty as did the board of regents.

As he deserved. They asked him to do the right thing out of respect but his ego wouldn’t let him. He ran off to Florida to prolong it and cause more embarrassment.
