I was a 1st grader in ‘94 I think. We were doing show-and-tell, and my friend brought Texas QB Richard Walton for his lol. Been a Texas fan ever since.

According to my parents we were at a Texas/Rice in 1951 I was almost a 1 year old. Rice scored and I threw by milk bottle down. My dad was a dead hard Florida fan being from Jacksonville FL.

My father was on the sidelines with DKR. I had little to no choice. I watched Earl run as a youngster and I was hooked.

As a kid, around 1999. I would’ve been 8 years old, and can remember Ricky Williams all over my TV. I’m born and raised in the Midwest, (southern Missouri) but we lived in SoCal for 5 years when I started kindergarten while my dad did his time in the Marine Corps. No rhyme or reason too it, I was hooked with the burnt orange colors, and Ricky running wild. And to this day, still in southern Mo, my house is flooded with Texas gear. I try to get to multiple games every year, and you bet your sweet @$$ I’ll be in CStat Friday  morning and ready for this one. 🤘🤘 the best part, Is that it’ll be my first time with my dad at a game, and him and his CEO are both Aggies. And we’ll all be seated together
