Gerry confirmed during the watch with me it was Marshall. As I was typing this Bobby just confirmed on the post game

Don't know if this is the recruit being referenced by Gerry....

Recently read Texas got a visit from 6-5 270 DL Nate Marshall IL (Auby commit). He is often ranked as a Top 100 National Player. Rivals listed him as a 5-star. Read Nate told Auby he was coming to visit Texas. 

HS highlights are impressive. He can move really well for a big guy. Strong playmaker vs HS. SDE in college imo.

During the 2023 season, Marshall was named his league's defensive player of the year after recording 38 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, 13 quarterback hits, four forced fumbles and four blocked kicks. On offense, he had four touchdown receptions.

Grew up playing basketball. Upside athlete being recruited for the DL. Played DL, TE and WR in HS. His mother played wbb at DePaul. His grandfather played in the NBA. His uncle played in the NBA.
