Possible conference champion hilarity

Featured Replies

It’s possible that Texas wins the Sec, Colorado wins the big 12, Oregon wins the big 10, and SMU wins the ACC.

This would make all the conference champions the newest members in their first year.

No significance, just made me laugh.

Good observation

Even funnier… Boise is currently ranked higher than BYU. Which would give the Big XII no first round bye in a playoff if it stays that way

A funnier scenario would be BYU losing to Arizona State and the Big 12 champion being ranked lower than Boise state thus knocking them to the 12 seed and Boise getting the bye.

To add to that the funniest scenario would be the above but Army also winning out with a win vs ND on their resume and finishes above Big 12 champion as well thus making it where a Big 12 team doesn't make the playoff.

Definitely rooting for Kansas this week.  In football, that is.
