Steve Sarkisian Post Game Press Confernece (Arkansas)

Featured Replies

There are a lot of Negative Nacey’s here. Everyone expecting this team to just come out and win every game by 2-3 TD’s is unrealistic and just plain nonsense. This team did what they needed to do and did it in a hostile environment. Everyone needs to calm down and take a breath, we are going to be ok. Winning on the road in the SEC is harder than winning on the road in the Big 12 and we had some ugly wins on the road last year. Would I like to see more efficiency on offense, hell yes - but a win against Texas would have made Arkansas season and we can out with a win with everything still in front of us. Hook’em!!!

Seriously?

Sark isn’t throwing his QB under the bus publicity

Sarkisian says the offense being able to rely on the veterans is key. Ewers, Banks, Majors etc.

They each played like professionals. Which the will be in the not to distant future.

Poor execution was the problem

Too many times it seems like Ewers doesn’t wake up until after the 3d quarter…it’s as if he took gummies before the game and it wore off at the beginning of the 3d quarter!

(Just to be sure—I’m not accusing anyone of taking gummies before a game—)
