Sarkisian says the offense being able to rely on the veterans is key. Ewers, Banks, Majors etc.

Sarkisian on Quinn Ewers: "I thought he played pretty efficiently." Says the offense needs to maximize opportunities when the drives are limited. Was pleased with the late TD drive and the conversion to ice the game.

Sarkisian says there is a lot of pride on the defensive side of the ball right now.

Defensively, Sark says the defense is making opponents earn everything. There isn't a lot of busts and as a result, it forces opposing offenses to earn every yard.

I asked Jaydon Blue about the grass thickness. I didn’t get the sense it was an issue for anyone on the field despite the TV broadcast making it a bit of a big deal.

He says this every week but the offense keeps coming out flat. If they’re not content then they need to get it together

Defensive adjustments didn’t miss 3-4 deep balls; at least 2 of which would have been TDs.

That’s right! He needs to tote the ball around campus again just like Baby Rhino did last week.

It looked more like they over watered the field. Everyone was slipping and sliding around out there.

Damn right, as well there should be we held them to under 300 yards of offense and pressured the hell outta them! If the offense had executed and scored at all in the first half like they should have been able to, we would’ve been talking about a freakin blowout worse than ole miss.

This is coach speak for he stunk it up and almost got his butt benched if not for the defense playing insane and bailing his poor play out. But sure he was efficient in getting off the field, sacked, and making a bad defense look good.
