Sarkisian was asked if he thinks this is where his team should be at this point in the season.

Sarkisian says the team has had to overcome some really unique injuries this year and he is proud to get to where the team is at at 7-1 on the season. "The next four games are all very challenging."

Sarkisian says two weeks in a row the RB has blundered on a pass protection and allowed for a sack on 3rd down.

Gerry said a while back that Gibson was doing well in pass pro. Why not at least give him a shot? Can’t do any worse

Sarkisian says he is proud of the defense. Even despite some short fields allowed.

"Defense is defending the run really well." Added it might have been a concern coming into the season but its a strength now.

Vanderbilt had two turnovers coming into the game, Sarkisian says he was very pleased to get three turnovers from the defense today.

Damn right!! Imagine if we would’ve scored  tds off those turnovers?!?! Game would’ve been OVER early

Sarkisian on Quinn Ewers.

Agree except for the bad sacks, poor decisions to throw into defenders leading to INTs, and holding the ball too long.

You go Fayetteville or College Station and play like this you will have 3 losses on the season.

Our standard isn’t supposed to be “okay”…
