Only thing more embarrassing than the water bottles was….

Featured Replies

Kirby’s post game interview.

”We didn’t come here for the pictures, we came to eat.”

”Your whole network doubted us”

”Nobody gave us a chance”

“They tried to rob us with calls, in this place”

Save that for your team pregame speech, not your live interview after the game.  Hard to play the “poor Georgia” card when you arguably have the best roster in college football.

To the victor, goes the spoils

He had them convinced "nobody believes in us" after they won the first national championship on the way to the 2nd one.

He has his team with a chip on their shoulder, Texas on the other hand still seems to have a little sense of entitlement at times.

Wrong on the trash point. That was easily the most embarrassing, ridiculous thing. We deserve another decade of futility for that clown behavior.

So long you win you can say about anything. If Kirby was losing he would have to be responsible for so many of his players being arrested. Win and mostly do and say what you want.

I agree it was embarrassing and bush league, but let’s not martyr ourselves into futility just because some students and fans acted like morons. I was surprised they didn’t penalize us for that. That’s what I thought we deserved personally.

Yeah the “robbing with calls” was sad. They actually had the benefit of a lot of questionable calls all night. I.e, Golden’s return and a couple of holds that weren’t called when they were backed up in our end zone on 2nd and 3rd down on their last scoring drive.

Kirby was being a baby like the Florida State coach last year.  May he have the same curse put upon him that Florida State has endured.  Toughen up dude. Hopefully stuff like this can light a fire under our players and we hit like it’s a rivalry game if we get a chance at them later in the year.

But not the lies.

Georgia beat Texas on the field, showed why they are still the kings and Texas is still trying to reach their level.

Agree but kings act like kings and not knaves.

Georgia can say what they want, they won.  If Texas fans don't like what Kirby said, then Texas needs to get better and beat Georgia the next time.
