Stopped by Lovejoy to see newest Texas commit Daylan McCutcheon in action this morning. 

McCutcheon looks as smooth as any WR you will find in the state of Texas in his routes. I would argue he would contest any Longhorn in a route competition the moment he steps foot on campus in January for that title as well. 

McCutcheon is back in Austin this weekend for the Georgia game, his second time on campus in a month (he visited for Miss State).

There will be a little snippet with McCutcheon talking his commitment on the recruiting breakdown tomorrow as well. But McCutcheon did say it was an accumulation of Texas succeeding, Texas wanting him and Florida State not living up to what expectations in what he called a leap of faith he took when he committed. 

 

I also really liked what I saw from freshman 2028 WR Coleman Reaugh. Coach Todd Dodge spoke highly of the freshman who continues to have plenty of room to grow physically as you would expect.
