That dude is cooked. This will be the primary example going forward of the game evolving and the coach not evolving with it.

For Dabo though, it's he's not adapting to the changes in college football. He's not allowing for his program to fill key holes on their team/roster annually. 

FSU won the ACC last season ... 9 of the 13 FSU players that were voted onto the All-ACC 1st, 2nd and 3rd team by the coaches were transfers.

Both UGA WR's that scored TD's against Clemson were transfers. 

Miami with QB Cam Ward and RB Damien Martinez out of the portal just smacked UF. Miami better odds to be in CFP than Clemson.

I think it's less about the portal reluctance - though that is an issue - and more about the wrong QB.

I don't disagree.  But the problems started before NIL.  He struck gold with Watson and Lawrence.  Then missed on DJ and Cade who aren't capable of putting the team on their backs as were their predecessors.  Reminds me a lot of Mack Browns teams.

Was at the game this Saturday sitting in the Clemson section and I feel for Clemson fans. They are extremely frustrated with Dabo but can't do anything about it because he's a made man there. He's basically untouchable. Very similar to what Mack Brown thought of himself late in his tenure except he's not the greatest coach in our history while Dabo is. They look so much like 2010-2013 Texas that it's scary.
