The recruiting trail remains hot for the Longhorn staff.

Steve Sarkisian is in DFW following his induction into the East-West Shrine Bowl Hall of Fame in Frisco yesterday.

As a result, Sarkisian and offensive coordinator Kyle Flood are currently at Lewisville to see 2025 OL Michael Fasusi. 

Fasusi was at Missouri during the Texas Junior Day, so it goes without saying that this face time visit is important for the Longhorns.

Fasusi was Texas and OU top 2 the majority of the 2023 season. Texas A&M making a push with new staff. 

 

Very high-end pass pro prospect.

Feels like both sides of the line are very strong in state with the '25 class.

Spot on. The OL position is absolutely loaded in 2025. 

DL has quality depth. Maybe not as many high-end guys like OL.

For Texas, OU, Texas A&M and LSU ... enough talent and depth to go around

Was told by a buddy at Lewisville that Fasusi has only been playing football for 3 years and they have him laser timed in the 40 under 5 seconds
