Jahdae

Featured Replies

I’ve been a victim of this too. Jahdae is about to come into the season fully recovered from an injury, and even with All SEC preseason second team honors I don’t think either the SEC or fans remember how good he was 2 years ago and healthy. He will make every facet of the defense better.

He’s not just good but a film junkie as well. That will payoff for him especially at the next level.

He just has to stay healthy and the sky is the limit (or the ceiling is the roof) for him.

Thank you for posting this!! Absolutely right, and what an awesome young man.l on and off the field!! Excited to see how the secondary looks with him, Makuba, Guilbeau, Willliams, Mohammed, Cole, Holmes, and how he’s going to help with the young gun development too!!

I’d like to see Barron get a look at corner and Gilbeau at Nickel

This came up on Coffee and Football a few weeks ago, the team didn't think Jahdae had the speed to play corner in SEC.

I don't know if JB has the speed necessary to play CB.  What I do know is the guy eats drinks and sleeps film study and finds himself in the right spot more often than not, gets others in the secondary in spots and alignments to make plays.

I think the question isn’t if he has the speed, but if it comes back after rehabbing the toe injury

Being a film junkie is a big reason why he is successful on the field.
