Knipp is a catcher, right? 
Dont we already have 2 good catchers for next year (Galvan and Kimble S.)…

    He's also worked as their closer on occasion.  That will make him more attractive to MLB teams, as if he doesn't make it as a catcher they will have a powerful and lightly used bullpen arm.
