For those who like to couch scout and evaluate to form their own opinions, I will do Alfred against Bama, OU, and maybe a 4th team at some point as well.

Could have a big year. He moves very well for +320lbs. I'm not that concerned about this year DT. It's the pipeline that is concerning. You can't get one or two guys in three straight classes. We will need portal help.

He looked really good on the move. Moving sideline to sideline, decent swim move, decent penetration though he doesn't get home often. And he's playing the "best OL" in college football. But the power run game was killing him. running straight at him was working all night. 

 

We sure could use a breakout year from alfred. I hope he’s been working out his base and ability to take on double teams. 

Alfred should be a top 3 round draft pick ... see if he can finally get there
