curious.

Some of the girls were looking to transfer including my friends daughter who made AA as a freshman this year.  When the AD asked why they said they didn't want to play for the coach.  He supposedly really tough on the girls mentally.  Former players were then reached out to and asked and were in agreement he wasn't someone they would play for again.  There was also a title IX issue where some of the funds were misused.  No details on that.  I was told if you look at the girls scoring averages you will see a pattern where the girls highest average is their freshman year, getting worse year over year.  That's all I got from him.

Thanks for the inside info but, at this point, it doesn't matter.  What this tells me is that CDC has his finger on the pulse of the department and listened to the athletes.

The result was that Murphy "resigned" and CDC hired Laura Ionello within 5 days.  CDC's a wizard.
