This is a take on potential. However, he hardly has pitched for his JUCO and, as of two weeks ago, has thrown 18.1 innings. During that time he has 16 walks and 9 HBP. 
 

Leblanc is brand new to pitching. They’re banking on being able to work his issues out.

Blake, do you have his measurables available? He looks like a good sized young man. Plus, his stats remind me more of 'Nuke' LaLoosh of Bull Durham.

6’2, 205 out of HS. Not sure now.  He’s 21 years and 5 mos old. He has at least 2 years left. 

He plays ball about 40 mins from my house, so I may try to go catch a game of his. 

21 is getting up there for a college pitcher. What do you project him to be in the pros Blake? 

Who is going to be his coach? It is not going to be the worst pitching coach at Texas in the last 20 years.

One of the criticisms I've heard of DP from some in the club baseball scene is he over recruits velocity and doesn't value great mechanics in recruiting?  This would seem in line with those criticisms.  You seem pretty plugged in.  Do think they have any merit?
