I got my back yard mowed today, so the day hasn't been a total debacle.

We might want to swing at the first pitch that he is grooving

He’s 9 of 10 first pitch strikes and we haven’t swung at any of them

Getting mowed down by a 5+ era guy. Embarrassing stuff

FWIW, he's got a 10-2 record and his ERA was almost sub-4 coming into the game. There's a difference between that and 5+.

We swept them last year and beat their basketball team by like 30 a few months ago?

I get that talking point sounds cool but it isn’t true.

Went 2-1 in softball and swept them in volleyball
