Turns out 99 mph is hard to hit if you throw it remotely near the zone.

Kelly is retired by A-Rod in shallow left to end it. Harrison gets the last out on two pitches and Texas wins the regional.

This is the second year in a row that the No. 1 and No. 2 overall national seeds have been eliminated. Last year, it was Vanderbilt and Texas. This year, UCLA and Georgia Tech failed to make it out of the regional.

USC and Milwaukee can still add to the upset list too.

I’d be lying if i told you I knew there was a Milwaukee University before this weekend. Per the espn app, they have a 7 team era… how did they even make it? lol

They got red hot to win the conference. I think they were like 27–32 on the season lol

Which is great for Texas.

Absolutely, #1, #2, #5, #7, and #8 gone. The only national seeds left are all SEC. aggy not only losing their regional, but they would easily be hosting a Super. All that offense, to just 💩 the bed yesterday and today.

Yeah, gonna need to listen to TexAgs for about ten minutes this morning. Aggies is actually short for agonizing lamenters.

And just like that, A&M is eliminated in the regional round of both the baseball and softball tournaments.

At home too.
