Addicts relapse at a very high rate. What would be the penalty if he does? Maybe he bets on Tech to lose and then throws 4 picks including a pick six. Just a bad day? Or he relapsed. The NCAA cannot allow this. Pete Rose was banned for less betting.

These are exactly the questions that will be and should be asked every time he plays. 

I’ve seen several posts today claiming that NCAA legal representation is being handled by attorneys from the University of Texas and the University of Houston — is there any truth to that?
