    I didn't say he didn't deserve the citation. I'm saying the Athens police department has a HISTORY with Georgia football players. What that means is.. they are hyper sensitive to their actions... especially after the accident. The fact that he likes to smoke is just a death nail. You think GSP doesn't get pissed when they see one of these 100k Scats running thru traffic and they know how he got it...🤣.
