WR Recruiting Note: Tre Moore

OnTexasFootball has learned that Pflugerville Weiss 4-star WR Tre Moore and Texas will not be a match.

OTF doesn’t expect the 6-4, 211-pounder to make an OV to Texas June 5-7.

Texas is hyper focused on 5-star Easton Royal, 5-star Monshun Sales and 4-star+ Briceson Thrower. 

OTF expects the June OV list at WR to keep shrinking. 

Felt like that was happening.

Shrinking OV list hopefully means we feel really confident about the guys we are still recruiting

This checks out, since Johnny Nansen is now out offering 0-linemen Flood's days are numbered!

Texas shouldn't spend what it's  going to take to get all these guys in the class anyway

Have to weed out the lower contenders, but highly likely one of those highly pursued three may not choose Texas. One has to be determined like Kohen Brown was to make it onto the official take list.

Look, I love our football squad, but Coach has and will always have a crowded WR room.  Very competitive.  Going to another team that can actually use you and potentially develop your abilities is what needs to happen for him.  Not that he couldn't/wouldn't shine here - but there's only 60 minutes in a game.
