Featured Replies

Found interesting. Did full 7-round mock.

14 total Texas players drafted, which would break the record of 12 set two years ago. I could also see January and Siani on this list.

1.3. Simmons

1.4. Manning

1.10. Coleman

1.17. Goosby

1.32. Jelani

2.36. Biles

2.45. B. Baker

2.54. Raleek Brown

3.68. Wingo

5.137. Smothers

5.167. Maraad

7.230. Hero

7.247. Masunas

7.254. Mosely

Over half came from portal!

This would be cool but it would deplete the roster. We would have to hit the portal hard if we lose this much talent.

14 players drafted is like the best sales/marketing a program can get to bring in future players especially if accompanied by a deep playoff run semis or better.

It’s a good problem to have and I hope we end up having it after a natty type season.

That depends on whether you can live with less experience.  For example, Zina and Jackson opposite each other is not roster depletion in spite of Simmons loss.  DT would be the same thing if January, Terry, et al return.
