A first-pitch groundout to third by Robbins to lead off the bottom of the first for Texas.

This team is making it hard to believe.

 

Check-swing groundout to first by Tinney. Two down quickly in the bottom of the first.

That outside pitch wasn't a strike for Harrison, but it is now.

Pack grounds out to second as the Longhorns are retired in order in an eight-pitch first inning.

If Monsour makes the right read on a soft liner to center, it would've been a scoreless inning.

I mean, 4 of our hitters are basically automatic outs and our bullpen outside of 2 guys stinks. Idk why you believed in the first place.

I've never commented on balls and strikes before, but the difference was noticeable. The zone expanded in the bottom of the inning.

Monsour has cost Texas a couple of critical outs.  Not sure why he is in CF.

Harrison strikes out the side in the second. All six outs have been via strikeouts.

I missed all but final two hitters in top 1 but hard to imagine strike 1 and 2 were both legitimate with 3 walks in the top half.

After the bs strike call to Pack in the 9th yesterday, I’ve already had my fill.

 

Nevermind the bs delay on the faux catchers interference review that changed the course of that game.

Agreed, but Monsour does not know how to play CF as well as Robbins in my view.
