New motion filed as it pertains to NIL deals procured through Learfield

It's all in the four corners of the document.  Let's see what the court has to say.

English please.

I believe the argument is Nil deals signed through learfield would not have to go through clearinghouse for approval.

Thanks

Read in an article that  711 deals worth 29 million have been reviewed but not cleared yet.  May 27 hearing with same judge that oversaw the Settlement. Gonna get interesting again . This Clearinghouse won't be around much longer imo , will see though!

Is the House settlement and its clearinghouse even relevant at this point?  Several schools never agreed to the settlement and likely never will.  That’s why we are heading to more and more of a world of the have and have nots.  Change is coming in 2030-31 when the TV contracts expire, because the current model is unsustainable to most of the power conference schools (mostly outside the SEC).
