It happened. He is still close with quite a few people over there and liked coaching Alliegro.

Texas is objectively getting their a**es handed to them in the portal. 

Disappointing development with Alliegro, but I can't blame him. Ohio St did a phenomenal job developing their LB's this season and Columbus is much closer to home. Ohio St continues to beat Texas. Hopefully we can return the favor at some point.

Nansen is terrible. No way to spin it..... 

Maybe we should be focusing on SEC and ACC guys than so may Big 10 players.

I agree with you in the idea that Nansen deserves criticism. His LB's looked worse as the year went on, and his recruiting lacked consistency and a plan. 

However, I'm not sure losing Alliegro is on him. It could be! But I don't know it for sure.

They’d better land Uluave or this will have been an unmitigated disaster at a key need position. And they STILL need another one

I am just not talking about this one data point. We are seeing a pattern. The reports that he does not even call recruits back, misses phone calls etc etc. Is bad.

Yeah, that's why I made note of his bad recruiting process and plan. Again, I agree with you.

Our LB's underperformed as the season went on. They looked great against OSU though.

This. No place for that in today's college game. Especially in portal recruiting.

What's annoying is, folks pointed this out days ago and we were aggressively yelled at by the crew here and other sunshine pumpers.

I guess he’s playing at Texas in 2026 no matter what.
