Let’s hear your favorite stories, memories, plays, etc from that game!

Lol Carroll leaving Reggie Bush on the sideline on that massive 4th down stop and gambling and getting stuffed and giving it back to Invincible who we knew as Texas fans was leading us down the field and winning that National Championship 😈🤘

I was in the Air Force and had just flown back to England after spending Christmas with family. We got to our house and found out our heating was broken so we rented a room on base and I stayed up and watched the game.    I was on cloud 9.

I was also Active Duty Air Force until I went to UT in 2004 and for the 2009 National Championship I went to visit a buddy at Lakenheath after I had seperated from the Reserve and Graduated College.  I wanted to do my one month European tour in January of 2010.  I was able to find a pub doing a lock-in and the game didn't start until after 2AM.  Very surreal being in an English Pub in Cambridgeshire after hours with a handful of Alumni and 1 very bored Publican.

Sergeant pepper taught the band to play !!!   That was an incredible night and one of if not the best game I have ever witnessed.

I was at Mildenhall so just down the road from Lakenheath.

We were given tickets the week of the game. They were incredible seats for what transpired at the end of the game - sitting 20/30 yard line 10 rows up from the corner where VY ran it in - he was right in front of us when the confetti blew around him. We sat amongst mostly USC fans - who were really nice & friendly. Best game I’ve ever attended!!

That game was pure awesomeness. So many huge plays on defense and offense. Derek Lokey with the stop on 4th and 1!

Anyone know where Lokey is these days?

It was Sark that left Reggie on the sideline, wasn't it?

There's a good chance that I have watched this more than 200 times in the last 20 years. However, some of you here might have me beat. Hook'em!

I was 5 at the time. We went to the Rose Bowl in 04 and found out where the team was staying so in 05 I ended up getting an album’s worth of pictures with players/coaches the night before the game when they were going to dinner🤘🏻
