Any update on him? Is Texas pursuing now the Moore is out at Michigan.

Still waiting on if Lee will request a release from his NLI. If he does not, Texas is out of luck.

That's the first step for anything to actually happen here.

Is it possible that he and some other guys have NIL deals in place that would prohibit them from being able to leave even if they were let out of the letter of intent?

NIL deals can’t be signed until the player is enrolled.

Nope. If a collective sued it wouldn’t standup in court.

For real. I read that a little too fast lol

His family and him can’t be that dumb to be blatantly lied to, led astray, all of a sudden this go down, just months before they are going to move to Ann arbor and still want him to go there, Right?

Probably something to do with massive nil and whatever contract they signed with an llc

Plus he has no idea who the next coach will be or what that staff will look like. Unless he’s Scrooge McDucking with Larry, he may want to explore his options.

Probably best to not ask if a player we're trying to get AND his family are dumb...

Not only that but a Michigan offensive staff member (maybe an analyst) that he was close to announced he was taking another job hours after Lee signed. To quote George W. Bush " I don't know if they say this in Tennessee but there's a saying in Texas, fool me once...shame on you, fool me twice...you, you just can't get fooled again".
