The consensus top 25 prospect and Texas assistant Blake Gideon continue to hit it off. “I got to learn how Coach BG operates as a secondary coach,” Foster told OTF after camp. “I learned some valuable things, valuable techniques. Texas hosted Miami (Fla.) Coral Gables defensive lineman Stive-Bentley Keumajou Yondui this weekend for an unofficial visit. It was a makeup trip for the talented 6-foot-2.5, 295-pounder after his flight got cancelled earlier this month. The Longhorns offered Keumajou Yondui earlier this year and have quickly impressed. Originally from England, Keumajou Yondui moved to the United States last summer. His coach worked with Texas early enrollee DL James Johnson as well. Texas QB Quinn Ewers has been a participant on the practice field so far this week. That much we know. Of course we know Texas is opening SEC play this weekend against Mississippi State at home and as of now, the Longhorns are a 38-point favorite for their first ever game in the conference.
