OTF has confirmed West Boca Raton (Fla.) DL Jamar Thompson will be in Austin for an official visit the June 19-21 weekend. Auburn, Miami, and Ohio State are the other schools in the mix. Michigan was previously a contender but got axed in favor of Texas. Thompson's OV schedule: Auburn (May 29-31) Miami (June 5-7) Ohio State (June 12-14) Texas (June 19-21) Kenny Baker and the Longhorns offered Thompson on June 15, 2025 but the OV will be Thompson's first time on campus.

Texas opens fall camp next week ahead of one of the most anticipated Longhorns football seasons that I can remember. Here are five questions for fall camp.
