Coffee is for closers - Always Be Closing

Not sure he's looking for a part-time spot, but we could use the depth. Probably pricy.

Again, meaning he was a previous HI, so this is Royal re-affirming his commitment, right?

Come on guys - he took the easier job. Schloss said how hard it is to recruit the portal when you’re playing in Omaha. Why wouldn’t Cain go to College Station where his hands won’t be tied by any post season trips? Texas will be fine, and I assume Schloss had someone he wanted already lined up - see Oregon.

Applies to any representative who supports it.

Texas and a&m fans will remember when he comes back up for election. You think SFA fans will come out to vote because of this? Bad political move.

This just sped up that process. You want to freeze expansion, we’ll add them now before the effective date. Then we’ll only play our conference members and the Big10. Oh, and we’re not pooling the media rights. Good luck - you just ruined college sports by jumping in.

Go to Tech, take their money and leave with no trophies. …or, play for the best.

He was eligible to play until the trial - meaning he was eligible to play this season - triggering any payment options.

He was ruled eligible I assume he took $2mil to part ways.

What's better is that Tech is paying 1/16th of the legal fees to go against itself (or it comes out of their share)

We have good Rojas today. Just need some bats

Right on que….

Sorsby and Tech need to agree on a lower payment (since he can play, Tech is now on the hook to pay him), and Sorsby needs to declare for the supplemental draft.

So, we’ll get the AGs for Colorado, Utah, West Virginia, Arizona, etc. issuing statemts each day as we go forward….

Going to basketball. These guys need to get their sh!t together.

Worst case scenario - Volantis shits the bed and kills the bullpen for the rest of the games

Soooo, I double my billing rate.

I feel like a college football coach on signing day. After 16 years I’m moving law firms. Today I sent out our transition letters where my clients choose to stay at the firm, come with me or get new counsel. As the letters return selecting to come with me, I give a little fist bump/high 5. Some are 5-stars and some are under the radar 2-stars, but I want them all. just 38 more letters outstanding.

I’m assuming a bounty for hard hits on an opposing QB cannot be sanctioned either - hear that Big12 teams?

Story of baseball everywhere. On my son’s 15U showcase team, my son throws 64% strikes but tops out at 77mph; the kid who throws 84mph is less than 50%. If that kid could increase his strike throwing, he’d be a no. 1.

The fact our number 2 (Gutierrez) beat their number 1 (Canady) is priceless. Where have I heard that before?

Texas State has ncommunications with Texas Tech about the Texas v Texas State game.
