You should not be in year 5 of your tenure doing rebuilding years, that is a cop out. Sark didn't utilize the portal well at all. He needed RB, OL and WR help. He went and got, Mosley who has barely contributed. Endries who they've barely used. Defensively, we returned a lot and they just got whooped. By Lagway, who is not a good QB. There is no such thing as rebuilding years anymore. This is just poor evaluations/development by this staff and complete misses in the portal. One thing is certain, the guy who started the Kyle Flood has to go thread and go dragged for it, needs to be apologized to.

Sark is never going to hire an OC, he wants to be the OC. It's not that I disagree with you, he just doesn't believe he needs one. Jeff Banks is a good recruiter but he shouldn't be coaching special teams, he has not done a good job with that, at all.
