It’s Rod Babers. And I respectfully disagree, having historical perspective on current situations can provide insight assuming, it’s relevant.

Give Me Your Thoughts | Coverage for the Fall
In addition to all the regular shows, I loved tuning into the postgame last year with Brian Robison and Rod B. Also really enjoyed Lunch with the Coaches! Coach Irwin and Shipley bring it🤘🏼 One thing I would recommend staying away from is getting into specifics about injuries. Whether it’s severity, recovery timeline, rehab, etc. I come from this world and it’s very apparent that most of the information presented is not very accurate when it comes to the specifics. You guys are the best place for all information regarding Texas athletics, including team info, recruiting, evaluation, etc. But unless you bring in someone who specializes in injuries and rehab, I would refrain from discussing in too much detail.

Hi

I asked AI how I should interpret this thread, it suggested that I completely ignore it.- Worst OTF Commercial…
I understand their purpose. I was just expressing my disdain for all commercials, not just on OTF. I don’t discriminate 😂- Worst OTF Commercial…
All of them.- 2025 Kicker flips to Texas
He hung out with Bert Auburn too much!- Mods-A Owens vs Lacey question
Nobody at OTF has reported as much. Take the info you get from other outlets with a grain of salt. Especially if the outlet starts with the letter O and ends with the letter B.- Baseball: Updates on Jared Spencer, Jonah Williams before the A&M series (5:15 p.m. update)
“We just wrapped up Jim Schlossngale's media availability ahead of tomorrow's opening game of a three-game home series between No. 1 Texas A&M.” Formerly No. 1 and currently unranked Texas A&M* 😂- Jared Spencer
How did it go from missing a start to catastrophic season ending injury?- Nugget on Christian Clark's Recovery (Wednesday AM)
Thanks for the update CJ! Great stuff! I hate to be that guy though. A typical Achilles injury repair timetable is actually a bit longer. For return to sport, the timetable is actually 9-12 months.- Silas and Pro Day
My prediction is 4.33. He’s gonna go in prepared to run his 40 run faster than people are predicting. More like Barron and Golden, and unlike Blue and Bond.- Sark Interview with Cowherd.....Good Stuff
Good stuff! Thanks for posting!- Props to CJ
Just wanted to shout out @CJ Vogel on something. He recently said that all Texas offensive drives needed to end on a kick, whether it be a PAT, FG, or punt. On a show earlier this week, Case McCoy mentioned the exact same thing. He said Mack Brown emphasized to that team that every drive needed to end with a kick as well. And if we look at last night’s game, the game would have been over in the third quarter if we could have ended those 2 third quarter drives with kicks (FG or TD/PAT) instead of turnovers.- Wednesday AM Team Notes (9:40 am)
Thanks for the update CJ! Great work as always! Hopefully Quinn and Bond getting treatment on their bummed ankles together will improve their rapport on the field 🤘🏼- Ewers Still Hurt
With all due respect CJ, I disagree about Florida. Even though he had a much better game vs the Gators, I would say he was still struggling with the mechanics of his throwing motion. His stats looked much better because Sark’s scheming and play calling was on point. But if you look back at even some of his TD throws, he’s not rotating his trunk aggressively with a solid base. It seems he’s compensating the necessary trunk rotation you would see with good mechanics (solid base with both feet planted firmly and shoulders square). We’ve seen this all too much with his back foot throws, fading back, open base with feet not aligned to his target. All these things decrease the amount of torque and therefore the strain applied to the affected muscle.- Ewers Still Hurt
That’s not necessarily true. I’m not agreeing that he’s still injured, but if he was the fourth and two run wouldn’t exacerbate his injury like a throwing motion does. If his oblique injury is not 100% healed, then the rotational component and the torque that the throwing motion requires would be much more difficult than lowering your head and pushing forward with your legs.- This doesn’t bode well for Adonai Mitchell
Bodes well for Sam Ehlinger though 🤘🏼- New rumor, Texas close to signing new defensive tackle option
Hopefully he’s related to Saka Dakyubee. All must gets.- Mikal Harrison-Pilot
If I’m not mistaken, he was being recruited to Texas as a DB/safety but he wanted to play WR. So the staff stopped prioritizing him. And now we are well equipped at both those positions. - Solution to Texas current summer wooooes in recruuuuitin
