We absolutely got beat on the headsets. We couldn’t run the ball and got out gained by a considerable amount. The offense was absolutely putrid for about 4 series in a row and this left our defense on the field way too long. The heroics of Quinn on the 4th and 13 play saved the season. Golden and Makuba are right there with him too. Texas was clutch when they had to be but the offensive line and gameplan has to be better next Friday. We didn’t look ready to play on that side of the ball.

What DT targets will Texas go after in state besides the Bastrop kid?

Top two running back targets for 26? I’m hoping it’s Edwards from Carthage is one of them.

Texas 38 Arizona St 16

Username checks out

Dang is that legit? Wooo

Guess we felt good until it was negotiating time.

I agree. This isn’t like HS recruiting where you get the guy on campus multiple times and play the long game.

We better get him. LSU landing Barrian Brown and Nic Anderson already. Can’t let them get him too.

Dang that sucks. Need a good crowd on Sat.

I haven’t seen anything to make me optimistic at this point. Pretty let down to this point. Texas shouldn’t be behind A$M in hoops. Ou with a big turnaround in one year. Moser was in deep crap and has them in the top 15.

I like that we are looking at a running back.

Do not want A&M to get Davis

Swanson wanting all the smoke. Wooooooooo

Gotta get Taaffe back

Texas will have to pony up some cash much like for Terry.

Texas needs another d tackle. Hope that’s the surprise.

Dang I missed it 😉

You can’t hope and expect to get tackles in the portal after losing DT recruiting battles. At some point we are going to need to be more aggressive in our NIL at this spot. We just are. If you want to compete at the highest level this is the spot. Texas shouldn’t get outgunned anyway for guys they want Not in the NIL age.

Crap

Their traditions are insufferable

Yes please

I hope Taaffe comes back next year. He’s a stud. We need him.

Good stuff TY
