The Texas coaching staff will be on the road the last part of the week. There will be several stops for the staff, including Sark on Friday. Known games right now Chris Jackson will be in Jacksonville (Fla) to see Jaime Ffrench. And also watch a couple of younger kids - one 2026 LB/S Simeon Caldwell (The Bolles School). Nick Townsend tells OTF that Jeff Banks will be at the Dekaney vs Westfield game Friday.

Texas definitely trying to get him to the game. A few prospects committed elsewhere on that list.

34.1 is the average at the NFL combine for an OT. That's kind of the magic number

McGuire was shade under 6-4 w/o shoes, 320 with 34 inch arms on his visit to Texas Saturday

Texas really likes Nelson McGuire ... we shall see if they make a new 2025 offer in the next few of weeks. Think his film is really good. He's got OT feet and length vs. Cedar Hill this season: http://www.hudl.com/v/2Q0GXu

We are separating the Texas-OU rivalry into two threads with the off week. This week, it's the OU Hate Week Thread. Post anything and everything you have on the Sooners and your hate! Next week will be game week thread.

I spy a sycophant. lol Try harder.

Will be interesting. Michigan has four road games, and three are currently ranked. Can they score enough points away from home? And they still have Oregon at home. That would be truly impressive if Michigan goes 10-2 in the regular season with one of the worst passing game offenses in CFB this year.

IMO, yep

Texas and Texas A&M liked others better in the 2022 cycle ... Texas signed Jaydon Blue, had Jamarion Miller committed until he flipped to Bama, went after Trevonte Citizen out of Lake Charles Texas A&M Leveon Moss (Louisiana) and also went after Citizen.

I was part of a national ranking team at the time ... we had him inside the top 300 nationally. That put him in the top 55 in Texas. Rivals had him as a 2-star, which threw his industry ranking way down and off.

He's got the chance to be a 10,000+ yard NFL career level RB IMO

Make sure and tune in once this year before he goes pro. He's looking potentially special this year. Looks like a potential future multi-year NFL All-Pro level RB. 82-845 for 10.3 per carry and 13 TD's in 4 games, including 192 on Oregon and 26-259 on Washington State last night. That's after 1,347 rushing and 569 receiving and 19 TD's as a sophomore.

Here's one on Kalen DeBoer ... from the stats ... Blake Munroe passed along 30-3 as a Power 5/4 HC 6-0 combined vs. Dan Lanning, Steve Sarkisian and Kirby Smart. He won't always be undefeated against Kirby and Sark, but a wild stat to start his P5/4 HC career

Oklahoma's scheduled the rest of the way and the poll: 1. Texas (N) 11. @ Ole Miss 9. @ Missouri 2. Alabama 12. @ LSU
