Still no word from Bri Preston. I wonder if coach is trying to keep her. She should know she will be the starting point guard next year. That is a big deal. She won't have to deal with Raven Johnson and the others that have moved on. Vanderbilt has two great guards coming back. And of course Aaliyah Chavez. The SEC is just brutal. Tons of great players.

I have watched every piece of tape on incoming power forward Isi Etute from Luxembourg. She is a big, strong 6'2" powerhouse. I am sure Justice Carlton, who I love, must have seen the writing on the wall. Isi is so much better than her. Isi has a great handle, great instincts, fast, can shoot from outside, can drive right or left and she is somewhat ambidextrous. Yea, those end of year meetings must not have been fun for our portal girls. Addison Bjorn is better than Aaliyah Crump. I am starting to think playing time had a lot to do with these portal entries. Bri Crittendon will likely spell Booker. These girls are ready to play the moment they arrive.

Skeletor hates Texas because she was not offered the head coaching job when Vic got it. When she was at Baylor we thrashed her for her hypocrisy during the rape scandal. Her attitude has always been negative while playing against us. She is known to be highly critical of Coach Vic.

I think the players don't say much, but the "agents" do. Mulkey is as untrustworthy as Pinocchio. She hates Texas. Always has because we're Texas! I have gotten over the shock of losing Justice Carlton who was the one transfer I hated to see go. Vic just needs to sign three portal players and we will be fine.

It's just today's NIL world. Each case is different. Playing time and money are at the root of it. Fortunately, we have five incoming players that are all really good. Coach Vic just needs to scan the portal and get a big girl to bolster our post position, a veteran point guard, and maybe a banger 4. Of the girls that entered the portal, I wish Justice Carlton would have stayed.

That was awesome. Rori is the VY of women's hoops; a player who was confident, uplifted the team, leadership by example, and left it on the court. She will be beloved forever and I hope her number is retired. I believe that if she gets picked up by an WNBA team, they won't regret it and she will quickly establish herself as a fan favorite! I am hoping the Valkyries get her so I can go see her play!

The girls in the portal know the truth of their picadillo in Nashville. It's a testament to the team they haven't leaked out what went down. Coach actually did them a favor. A very connected source finally told me what went down. I was sworn to secrecy. But let me just say that Coach Vic was too gracious.

Let's assume three or four players violated team rules, why tell the world the team lacks heart? Why not just suspend the four for a few games. Tough on them. If he played them, after violating team rules, so we can win...not a great look.

Augie is rolling in his grave. Vic definitely needs to be much more mindful of how he speaks to the media. I know for a fact the parents were not happy about his Vandy rent. Sad that they couldn't accept his apology. You would think the coaching staff needed to be more aware of what was happening and prevent it. Blair needs to move on too. She needs to blaze her own trail. Coach needs to really audit and take stock of his program. At UCLA and USC their crowds at games pale compared to ours. They don't give their teams the fan support like we do. I am saddened by these turn of events.
