TexasLonghorns

If I ever hear another recruit called a Texas lean or anything like that I’d suggest looking at this very recruitment among several others this cycle. What was considered as close to a Texas lock as one can be was lost in the 11th hour once again. This has turned into an unmitigated disaster for Sark. This is Tom Herman level recruiting this year.

No but he’s committing to Oregon, it got out before he wanted it to obviously

He deleted it. But I’d guess it is

Fans don’t like the truth Bobby. This is exactly why I respect you, call it like it is.

So recruiting and landing players has nothing to do with the head coach or the staff on and off the field he assembled? Odd line of thinking to say the least.

Spot on, well said.

Sark getting stuffed in a locker in historic fashion if this actually happens. In state priority target taken from underneath you from a defensive HC from 1500 miles away. Embarrassing in all honesty.

You’ve qualified for the mental gymnastics, congratulations

Based on random and what he desires. Texas mods lowering their CB confidence to 1 doesn’t indicate we lead to me.

What’s your prediction Gerry?

That’s literally what he said lol

Predictions for Jonah Williams to Oregon as well.

Yup, 12 wins and 10 wins your first two seasons as a head coach helps as well, recruits can see the potential. Allowing Lanning to come into your state and get 3 of the top 10 recruits while you get at most one is not a good sign.

He’s very good and done extremely well as a head coach. I don’t know why fans can’t be reasonable and admit that. It’s odd behavior.

Your fandom is showing, take the orange shades off for a minute. Lanning has won more games the last two years than Sark has. Also, pretty sure Kalen is 2-0 vs Sark the last two years. What’s that mean?

Yeah because that guy never gets out over his skis 🤣

As Gerry has said, you don’t just start flipping folks, you need a chain of events to happen. Yes we flipped Banks and Williams, after their coach left. Yes we flipped Anthony Hill, they weren’t winning and their coach was all but fired. Yes we flipped Filsimie, they weren’t winning. Those are the chain of events Gerry is talking about.

He was put in the position because Sark hired him, it’s his job to meet the expectations of the job he accepted, what are the expectations? One would assume landing a few of the five DTs that visited. I’d love to suggest the reason I’m not meeting expectations or goals in my role are due to the previous person who held my job and “the way they left”.

So are you suggesting he was put in a position to fail?
