We're roughly 30 minutes away from Steve Sarkisian meeting with the media after Wednesday's camp practice, which was the first for the Longhorns. We'll have updates from Sark coming off the practice field, with 31 days remaining until Texas opens the 2026 season at home against Texas State.

Not at all. He’s had a good attitude, put forth good effort and made strides since he got to campus. His clearance was significant news because Texas was awful at left guard. Seymore just needs to make that position consistently average to be a significant upgrade.

No conditioning issues for the offensive line that I saw. It was all individual work while we were out there.

VY's winning percentage as a starting QB in the NFL: .613 Jeff Fisher's winning percentage as an NFL head coach: .512 VY succeeded while playing for a guy who was waiting impatiently for him to fail. VY isn't without blame, for sure, but it would be nice if Fisher admitted just a little bit of fault.

I might actually respect Jeff Fisher if he said at some point (he might've said something like this and I just missed it) that he didn't want to draft VY, never wanted VY and took an inkling of responsibility for why it didn't work out in Tennessee. The "he showed weakness" comment in the trailer, out of context or not, is all I need to see and/or hear to know that what I'm asking for is too much.

In all seriousness, I don’t think this is something that’s that deep. All I’m saying is that I’m willing to let Seymore get through one practice and figure if/when Hutson will be with the team before concerning myself with scenarios that might not happen.

I get the sentiment, but I don’t think Hutson starting is something to get worked up over right now.
