Everyone expected a natty

Bobby I understand this sentiment but we have zero nattys in the Big 3 since 2005. We have one natty in 50 years. We have more resources than anyone. This season was a waste. Yes we saw development but let’s be real we expected a natty. Do you think Kirby, Saban, Day had “development” years in year 5. They win natties. You don’t have those at this stage.

I would say I have five really good friends. One is OU and one is Aggy. They both are sad we beat them but they are also both laughing because our season is done and they are in the playoffs

Texas needs to land Cam Coleman or Ryan Williams. I have a feeling we will get Ryan Williams. I think you need to keep Wingo but if we lose a guy like Moore, Ffrench, Lockett, etc you need to do it I think you would want to retain Lockett. His upside is crazy. I think with Bishop coming in you can like with guys like Ffrench leaving. FYI I want to retain all of them.

There is a Freshman at Colleyville Heritage named Lane Vargas. He is going to be a national recruit. He beat Grapevine and threw 5 TDs as a freshman who got called up from JV. Best QB recruit from Colleyville since Cody Thomas and Christian Ponder. @Gerry Hamilton Keep an eye on him.

Kentucky is worse than Arkansas in my opinion. Rutgers is up there too.

I think you are mostly right, but if a guy like Coleman and/or Baugh enter, you don’t need to worry about a bidding war. You get those players by any means necessary. If you add those two players, you become the favorite especially if you add a few OL and DBs too
