After taking multiple losses in the court system, the NCAA is still trying to eliminate collectives as part of the House settlement. The judge isn’t going for it and advised the parties to quickly figure it out. The fact that CDC went public with the idea of bringing collectives in-house within the AD, an awful idea, rather than allowing third parties to run them makes more sense if the push came from Indianapolis.
