Yes I agree it’s a horrible precedent being set if it stands. My hope is that this precipitates rapid change in college sports and how teams, players, coaches, and schools are governed and disciplined for infractions.

Haha it’s an insult to horse$hit everywhere, it doesn’t even want to be associated with this trash. @CJ Vogel or one of our lawyers on the forum, what are the NCAA’s next steps? I’m sure they’re going to appeal to get it out of west Texas courts, but could they ban tech and Sorsby from participating in post season activities? I can’t believe we’re at this stage in college sports where this is even happening.

I watched the Tech press conference and their coach and players were all class all the way. It’s too bad their chairman of the board of regents, president, AD, and FB coach don’t share the same traits and integrity.
