Sark thus far is masterfully balancing the new normal of the portal and high school recruiting and is orchestrating the necessary resources to do so.

I think Sark's approach, as contrasted to Mack's, allows for greater evaluation by both program and player. It keeps us in the running for many of the top players who formerly in many cases we missed on as they just were not ready to make a commitment in the spring of their junior years. It also allows us to weed out the guys who had strong early high school showings but peaked out and did not continue to progress. It allows more time to build strong relationships and solidify the commitments that are made.
