No, it was relying on Dave Campbell for evaluations that killed Mack Brown.

..... does Ryan Williams perhaps come to visit Texas this summer after portaling in April? Sarkisian's offense has to be looking a lot better to him right now.

Coaches do not offer nor control NIL.

Yes, but few as good as what Texas has now. I personally would hope Flood can keep it at a high level. So who do you think will step in for the 2025 OL?

No doubt. But if Texas can get him to visit .... Choice recruits better than any other Coach not named Sarkisian at Texas. I would also say Dear is the fastest 11.1 seconds to 100m football player I have ever seen.

Yes, but the question is who will make it onti the field? The best OL class in UT history will start dispersing next year to the NFL. Who will back fill?

Moxie A somewhat nebulous attribute but Street, McCoy, VY, Ehlinger, Bijan, Roschon, Huff, Robison, Sweat, B. Murphy, Orapko, Worthy ... many others have it.

.... Nick Sanders, whom Gary Patterson signed .... Journalists must maintain grammatical standards! 🤘🏻🤘🤘🏼🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿

But a real come down for Patterson. Is he the coach in waiting? Baylor? Really? 🤷‍♂️

Connor Stroh, Payton Kirkland ..... Other OL.

Seems like Dear would be the only RB who might intervene. Will Texas wait until he visits?

Players in Texas, Washington and other income tax free states will have an even larger advantage.

OTF has gone all wonky on the web. Everything is suddenly hidden.

Very well spoken guy. I liked how he used the subjunctive conjugation in regard to his possible aTm commitment. Very subtle. 🤘🏻🤘🤘🏼🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿

Why do people think Williams is a good QB? He has never won a conference championship nor even a bowl game. Great runner, mediocre passer.

I assure you the networks only look at demographic profiles and audience numbers. The networks care nothing about competitive balance between any particular teams as long as the audience numbers are sufficiently high.

I am unaware there is a dislike button. Maybe that is a problem peculiar to Surly Horns? I never have spent time there because I found it a little caustic when so did peak in.

All the talk about getting into Georgia made me recall Derrick Brown the Georgia RB whom Herman recruited from Buford but who could not play for Texas. Did he not stay and receive his degree from Texas?

Second time this has happened. I guess I appreciate the good posts too frequently? 🤷‍♂️🙄

Look out for Urban Meyer 😱

What knee pads? They seem to have been enlisted from pants these days. Seems as if slow healing meniscus injuries may have increased also. I do not have definitive data, though.

A great lump of clay to mold for Nansen.

Looks like he can throw it anywhere on the field with accuracy as only a sophomore.

Aaron Butler being ignored is surprising. Livingstone has size and speed. Dubois may get faster too. Wingo is just too talented not to have some impact this fall. How quickly the freshmen learn routes and blocking will be most interesting by the end of Spring practice.

Wow, that is great! I enjoy seeing you being spontaneous and extemporaneous at OTF. I am certain other national sports pundit services will be glad to have you guest commenting in your own inimitable manner in the near future. ON3's loss is a big gain for Texas football fans and for On Texas Football. So enthused you are free to be all Gerry. Did your Twitter handle change? 🤘🏻🤘🤘🏼🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
